We believe in being honest with our clients and always provide a fully detailed and understandable report before we carry out any work. We do not hide behind jargons and “Tech Talk” we can explain any problem or solutions to IT professionals and first time user in a way that is understandable and makes sense.
We can cater for any size of contract with 50 office based staff and 25 on site engineers we will always have someone available to handle any request. We have a skeleton crew of 15 ensuring we can also offer 24/7 support. We work to your working hours.
Dependant on the size of contract you will be allocated a team member or members to deal with your support meaning you will always deal with the same person, they will always have knowledge of your systems so we can offer a fast and reliable service.
Finally we do not ask you to enter into a contract, Maintenance and support services are fully controlled by you they can be as long or as short as you want them to be.
