I was undecided as to whether I should choose carpet in my house of laminate flooring, in the end I chose carpet, even though laminate flooring would not stain and could be kept clean easier, the winter months were drawing close and laminate flooring would of been so cold under foot where as carpet would make the house feel a lot warmer.

I was extremely lucky and managed to purchase my new carpet from a carpet sale held in a local community hall, the only problem I had was finding carpet fitters to fit my carpet for me. Whilst at the community hall there were some leaflets on a table for carpet fitters in Shrewsbury, I picked up the leaflet just in case I had any problems finding carpet fitters in Shrewsbury.

When my carpet had been delivered I rang the carpet fitters and arranged for them to come to my house the following week and fit my carpet as I still had some decorating to do and they suggested it would be best for me to finish the decorating before fitting the carpet so there was not the chance of me ruining the new carpet.

I finished the decorating and the carpet fitters turned up when they said they would, they fitted the carpet in record time and it look brilliant once they had finished I could not find one fault with their fitting, I will definitely choose that route again when looking to carpet any other rooms within my house.
