All communication should now go through your engineer or account manager as we need to be able to log all communications between Comb IT Online and Clients.
Existing clients will have contact details for both their engineer and account manager… Telephone, Mobile and Email contact details will be provided along with the 24hour support line.
For new customers please contact us directly, we used to operate an online contact form however it was very long winded and also became victim to sales and spam emails.
Comb IT Online run an open office policy new and existing client are more than welcome at the office anytime and the kettle is always boiling.
If you wish to arrange a meeting with your engineer and account manager please do pre arrange this via telephone or email so we can ensure all parties are available at the time.
Should you wish for the meeting to take place at your premises again please pre arrange this via telephone or email so we can be sure all parties are available.
Our directors are very open and very approachable, should you have any concerns, wish to make a complaint or offer some feedback to the directors directly please do call the office… Please ensure you advice the telephone agent you are a client and this it is not a marketing call as all marketing calls will be blocked.
If you wish to arrange a training day please email us with all the details about the training required, amount of people wishing to attend and where you would like the training to be done. We can do this at your premises, in our own training room or at a venue of your choice.
If you want to drop off equipment at our office for repair or upgrade, please arrange this with your account manager and they will meet you in the service department to book in your equipment and provide you with your unique online code to keep check on the progress through your member’s portal.
Comb IT Online will not provide any company information or personal information to marketing calls. We block all marketing calls and as we are TPS Registered any telephone marketing that is done will be reported.
We have very intense spam filters setup on our exchange… If you have problems sending an email to us please contact reception or your account manager and we will ensure whatever is blocking your email coming in is dealt with immediately.
Any contacts that need to be dealt with immediately please state they are urgent… None urgent emails will be dealt with within a 48hour response time.
